Private one-on-one yoga classes: give me the ability to structure a yoga series based on the needs and goals of each individual.  Communication is key to my private classes and I use the yoga poses as diagnostic tools to understand the anatomical imbalances of each individual.  This allows me to design a unique therapeutic practice that will bring balance to the structural alignment of the body and help one build strength, endurance, flexibility and relaxation.

Private classes are 1hr. 15min in duration.
