From 2013 to 2015,  I worked for the Ridgewood Bushwick Senior Citizens  Council in Brooklyn, NY where I taught 14 classes every week to seniors living in low income assisted living housing.  This was a pivotal experience for me in my yoga teaching career.  I learned so much from working with this population of students and I have so many wonderful memories.  Photo credit: Michel Mazza
